My husband started peritoneal dialysis in September, 2016 and he has had four Peritioneal Dialysis Cyclers in four months. This is Pathetic and unacceptable.

He continues to get refurbished cyclers and supplies that are not of good quality. He has not had a good night sleep since he start Peritioneal Dialysis. We received alarms with messages like Not enough solution bags, scale reading error, patient line blocked, and drain line blocked. I want to speak with the CEO.

I'm going to send a certified letter. We want a brand new Cycler and we want Fresenius supplies that work.
