11 weeks ago today my wife Fran passed away. Fran was on dialysis 3 times a week plus extra treatment on Saturday's since January this year. She received her treatments at the Fresenius dialysis center at 168 Sgt Stanley Hoffman Bypass in Lehighton.

On March 25th I came to pick up Fran, from the unset I felt uneasy

when I walked in her belongings and portable oxygen tank were sitting in the waiting room, Fran was on 24 hrs a day on oxygen, when Fran was pushed out of the dialysis room she had no oxygen attached to her. When Fran was on the dialysis machine she was hooked up to stationary oxygen unit and when she came of the machine, she should have been put on portable oxygen unit.

They pushed Fran out of the dialysis unit without oxygen attached to her like she was a piece of meat, that in it self is a blatant careless or a criminal treatment to a helpless patient. When I tried to hook up her oxygen tank which was left in the waiting room it was empty.

The nurse Michelle said the tank was empty when Fran arrived well if she knew the tank was empty the logically thing to do is to call me, so I could have brought another tank. I don't know why the tank was empty I used new full tank to bring her to the center. I ask the nurse for spare tank she retreated to dialysis room and locked the door behind her.

A good 4 to 5 minutes past, I had to knock on the door to get her attention and finally she brought a oxygen tank, to my amazement it also was empty and that was the only tank they had.

By this time my wife was very upset and wanted to go home be for I left to rush my wife home, I inquired if Fran's treatment for the next day Saturday was for the same time as last previous Saturday.

I was told there would be no treatment for her on Saturday.

Wen I inquired why the dialysis Technician said we are full, in the same instant nurse Michelle said in an annoying voice that's the way the doctor want's it meaning Fran's Nephrologist Dr Verma

.On Monday morning I called the center spoke with acting supervisor Christa, I asked her to call Dr Verma and have him call me, I never got that call. My wife Fran past away that Monday evening March 28

I am whole heartily convinced if Fran had the treatment on Saturday she would be alive.

. A Few Day's later I had a conversation with Dr Verma at that conversation I was told nurse Christa never relayed that message to the Dr. Fran became a burden and no longer economically profitable,

Before the Dr changed her treatment the very least he should have consulted me and informed of the consequences as her husband, primary caretaker, holder of power of Attorney. But the Dr didn't see fit to do either.

Instead he played God and let her Die prematurely.

Some people should be in the medical profession and some have no busyness being in it.

There are to many conflicting answers no two answer are the same.

Somebody is not telling the truth

.

Several day's before Fran's passing I spoke with Dave the Dr's PA he strongly suggested that we continue Fran's Saturday treatments, why was her treatment stopped. ????????

Fresenius Headquarters in Massachusetts after their investigation, called it a communication problem. Mistreating and not supplying needed oxygen to a patient is now called a communication problem. I call it criminal.

I complaint to the Pennsylvania Health Dept. I received a letter stating an investigation was done interview with the dialysis center Director and Manager and staff including on site observation.

The investigator said she could not substantiate my allegations.

What the *** did she think, they would admit to her, that they screwed up with my wife's treatment and care.

In a letter I asked the investigator who is a nurse to take another look. I got no response ,it is swept under the carpet.

A few day's a go I submitted complains against the fore mentioned so-called health professionals with the Medical Board and Attorney Generals Office Of Pennsylvania. Hopefully they will lose their licenses to practice medicine.

I hope I was the best advocate for her.

All I am left with, is her pictures and memories, an empty house, heart and a lot of loneliness.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Location: Palmerton, Pennsylvania
