The government needs to check them out.

The doctor closed my husband's case not treatment so he died.who would pay 1,500 for bottle pills?I can say more I have bills,pictures Justa rip off to people and insurance thousands dollars.Can they bring the dead back?Not even a billion dollars would help what the did to our family.Not even a email or letter in mail.The grevece depth can't get threw cuts you off on phone.

Mal practice I know I have

My husband died because doctor closed his case.And the pills are 1500 dollars for one bottle tube of cream 53 dollars .I think I have mal practice suit I have bills on equipment machine in house for thousands and supplies and lots more.I tried to call grivence dept can't get threw for months kids you off.What ever that doctor put on my husband fine I could not get him another doctor for 100 miles and then they say no to what he wrote.Thats beside the hospital puting camera in vein he got gangrene in had foot leg.They did nothing for 30 days but cover his fingers up.

Dialysis patient

No complaint! Is been a positive experience considering Im in a horrible situation. The center on Hilton head was good the staff here at the home learning center in Ridgland had been outstanding! Special thanks to Michell and Nancy no one could have done any better.

Insurance

We heard that Fresenius will not support a patient who goes poo in his pants during treatment. Either the patient gets taken off dialysis and sent home in his poopy pants or the family must come to the facility to clean him up. Claim as an outpatient facility don't provide personal cares. Even though staff brags about having CNA experience. Fresenius is becoming more cruel to patients with each passing year. *** happens!

Horrible staff, poorly managed

The staff at the Knoxville and Sevierville TN locations are some of the most unprofessional and poorly trained people I have ever been in contact with. They sit around and text, flirt, gossip among each other, they discuss patient information and give opinions on certain patients. I have seen nurses who treat people like garbage. They have no compassion for these patients. They don't follow up on care. Equipment isn't maintained. Home dialysis patients fall through the cracks. Any on call nurse will not return your call for hours. It's bad enough to suffer from renal failure. But to be treated with such disrespect is unbearable.

If I will you I would look for a different company they do not CARE about there patients. When you go to hospital and your in there more than 3 weeks the close your file and you no long have kidney doctor they send you home to hospice and you die

RECENT SUB PAR SERVICE

Recently was told by a social worker at a FRENSENIUS dialysis unit That said patients were to have a small BUT thoughtful THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS celebration ( due to the pandemic) but as of January 1st 2021 said patients got -NOTHING not so much as card!.. oh update: Patients did INDEED get a CHRISTMAS CARD! on December 23rd 2020& it was EMPTY SAD

User's recommendation: GO TO A DIALYSIS UNIT THAT TREATS ITS PATIENTS WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY ESPECIALLY ON HOLIDAYS.

I WAS TOLD BY A FRESINIUS TECH THAT WE THE PATIENT IS JUST A NUMBER. THAT IS WHY THEY WANT YOU IN THE SEAT....NOT BECAUSE YOU NEED THE TREATMENT TO LIVE BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY MONEY. FRESINIUS DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PATIENTS HEALTH. IN THE WINTER IT IS WARMER OUTSIDE THAN THE INSEIDE. EVEN THE TECHS AND NURSES COMPLAIN THAT THEY ARE COLD AND HANDS ARE FREEZING. THAT IS WHY SO MANY PATIENTS GET PNEUMONIA AND HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. PATIENTS ARE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS OR COMPLAIN BECAUSE OF RETALIATION. REMEMBER YOU HAVE TUBES IN YOUR ARMS AND ANYTHING N]CAN BE INHECTED INTO THEM

Taking advantage of Seniore Citizen

I required a medication ,which they normally supply, with a cost 2 1/2 times from a local Pharmacy. I questioned the charge, and informed them I would refuse acceptance. Thar response"You cannot do that". I was then approached by a member of Fresenius &;;; asked "If I made morethan$3000. amonth & would have to show my bank statement to prove my income. I called prox. 7:15 am ,spoke to a rep & discussed the relevance of my income in this matter. She saw things my way & informed me that she would cancel the order for my Rx. Allowing meHappy to go elsewhere.
